Windows Well Covered did an absolutely fantastic job of building and installing five window well covers at my home.  Garrett and Jono were extremely friendly and professional in explaining their process while measuring our window wells and creating an estimate.  Their price was very reasonable for the amount of work and materials involved with the project.  Jono did a superb job of installing the covers and answering all of my questions.  They look great! We are very pleased with the production quality of the covers—both the custom well covers (for window wells where we had no covers at all), and the custom overlays (for our existing wrought-iron covers).

Communication was clear and helpful before, during and after installation. Invoice and payment processing were transparent and simple.

We appreciate your attention to detail, right down to the printed guide that explained clip installation and even had a video link for removing/replacing screens properly.

I found Windows Well Covered by asking for recommendation on the Nextdoor App and Windows Well Covered came up several times.  I did thorough research on all the local companies, and Windows Well Covered won hands down.  A great product and fair price.  Brian took the time to answer all of my questions on the phone and after getting estimates from all the companies, there was no question Windows Well Covered was the best.  Their customer service is 5-star.  They communicate well, return calls, and installed my covers within the promised 3 week time frame.  I couldn’t be happier.
